Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely attach it to your original shipping box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
